कोव्हिड-१९ ने जगातल्या अगदी छोट्या व्यवसायां पासुन ते मोठ्या व्यवसायां पर्यंत सर्वांनाच ठप्प केले आहे हे आपण अनुभवतच आहोत... यातले अनेक व्यवसाय कायमचे बंद होतील तर काही त्यांच्या मूळ क्षमतेने कधीच काम करु शकणार नाहीत किंवा ती क्षमता परत मिळवण्यास बराच काळ जावा लागेल. अमेरिका आणि चीन चे शीत युद्ध देखील आपण पाहत आहोत याच शिवाय अमेरिकेत येणार्‍या निवडणुका देखील या संबंधावर प्रभाव टाकत आहेत आणि यापुढे देखील त्याचा प्रभाव होताना पहायला मिळेल. [ अमेरिका युद्ध सज्जता करतो आहे का ? तो युद्ध कधी करेल ? हे प्रश्न देखील सध्या मनात उद्भवले आहेत. ] या आधीच्या दोन भागांच्या शिर्षकात सोन्याचा उल्लेख केला गेला आहे, सोने त्याच्या उच्चतम दराकडे सातत्याने सरकताना याच काळात दिसले असुन सध्या सोने ८०००० प्रती १० ग्रॅम चा दर देखील दाखवु शकेल अश्या स्वरुपाच्या बातम्या आता येत आहेत आणि जे मला अशक्य वाटत नाही. करोना व्हायरस अचानक चीन मध्ये उद्भवतो काय आणि फार कमी काळात तो जगाला विळखा घालुन मनुष्य प्राणी करत असलेले सर्व व्यवहार ठप्प करतो काय ! हे सगळ कसं अचानक आणि कुठलीही कल्पना नसताना होतं... ही स्थिती अनुभवताना भाग ७ मध्ये दिलेला कोट परत आठवतो:- The crisis takes a much longer time coming than you think, and then it happens much faster than you would have thought. :- Rudiger Dornbusch काही वर्षां पासुन या विषयावर वाचन करताना, हा विषय समजुन घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करताना आणि त्यावर चिंतन करताना मनुष्य प्राण्याच्या गोष्टी / वस्तु कनझ्युम करण्याच्या वृत्तीकडे सातत्त्याने लक्ष जात होते, ज्या ग्रहावर तो राहतो त्याच्यावर तो सातत्याने संख्येने वाढत राहतो आणि सातत्यानेच गोष्टी कनझ्युम करत राहतो. याचा वेगळ्या दृष्टीने देखील शोध घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करताना वेदात / पुराणातुन यात काही समजते का ? असा अणि इतर दृष्टीने शोध घेणे चालु असताना एक उत्तम व्हिडियो कालच पाहण्यात आला तो खाली देत आहे. जगभरात अर्थव्यवस्थेत होत असणार्‍या घडामोडी / बदल आता वेगाने घडत असल्याचे का कोणास ठावूक मला भासते ! जसा वेळ मिळेल तसे या धाग्यात भर टाकीन.

सर्व व्यक्ती च्या बेसिक गरजा भागवण्यासाठी सक्षम अर्थ व्यवस्था असावी हीच माफक अपेक्षा ठेवून त्या दृष्टीने वाटचाल केली असती तर आज जी अवस्था दिसत आहे ती दिसली नसती. व्यवसाय आणि उद्योग हे सचोटी नी करण्याचे दिवस संपले आहेत असेच सध्या दिसत आहे. आणि त्याचा च परिणाम म्हणून खूप मोठी लोकसंख्या आर्थिक व्यवस्थेच्या बाहेर फेकली जात आहे. खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणात कामगार वर्ग उपलब्ध असताना अनावश्यक यांत्रिकी करणं करण्याचे मागे फक्त माझ्याच ताब्यात सर्व संपत्ती असावी हीच भावना आहे. संपत्ती च्या हक्क वर मर्यादा घालण्याची वेळ आली आहे. माणूस प्रगती करत आहे असे आपण म्हणतो पण कुठे आहे प्रगती. उंच उंच इमारती बांधणे आणि विमान,आरामदायी करोडो रुपयांच्या गाड्या निर्माण करणे ह्याला जर प्रगती म्हणत असू तर आपली चूक च होत आहे. Corona व्हायरस नी 1 वर्ष झाले जगाला वेठीस धरले आहे तरी आपण अजून त्यावर मात करू शकलो नाही. म्हणजे व्हायरस वरील अभ्यासात आपली प्रगती 0 आहे. किती रोग माणसाला हैराण करत आहेत कॅन्सर,मधुमेह,इत्यादी तरी आपण त्या रोगाचा नायनाट करू शकत नाही. काय केली आपण प्रगती आपण शरिरशास्त्र आणि औषध निर्मिती ह्या क्षेत्रात. 0. वायू प्रदूषण चरम सीमेवर पोचले आहे त्या वर काय उपाय करावा ह्याची आपल्याला अजून माहिती नाही. कुठे आहे माणसाची . ग्रीन हाऊस इफेक्ट,बदलते हवामान,नवनवीन विषाणू ,जिवाणू चा माणसावर हल्ला. अन्न तुटवडा,पिण्याची पाण्याची कमतरता. किती तरी प्रश्न जसे च्या तसे आहेत. उत्तर अजुन सुद्धा आपल्या कडे नाही. आणि माणूस ड्रायव्हर लेस गाडी बनवण्यात मश्गूल आहे,चैनी च्या वस्तू निर्माण करण्यात मश्गूल आहे. यांत्रिकी करणं करून गरज नसलेल्या वस्तू ची निर्मिती करण्यात मश्गूल आहे.

हे एकांगी झाले... यांत्रिकी करणं = चैन असेच का घेता ? यांत्रिकरणामुळे गोष्टी नोकऱ्या जातातातच असे १००% नाही.. दुसरे क्षेत्रात निर्माण होतात, तसेच अनेक शोध हे कामातील धोका कमी व्हावा आणि त्यामुळे सगळ्यांचे नुकसान होऊ नये ( मालकाचे पण आणि मजुरांचे पण ) या साठी आहेत हे तुम्ही विसरत आहात ( कोणतेही प्रेस मशीन सामोरे असे गार्ड असतात कि चुकून कोणाचा हात किंवा अंग मध्ये येऊ नये ... आणि कितीतरी ) घाऊक उत्पादन ( मास प्रोडक्शन क्षेत्रात , सुटते भाग दर्जा नियंत्रणासाठी किंवा दर्जा मोजण्यासाठी फोटो व्हिजन सारखे तंत्र अशी अनेक उद्धरणे आहेत तुमच्या ततवा प्रमाणे मग कुठलीच प्रगती नको काय? विटांचे उदाहरण घ्या , कारखान्या पासून बांधकामाचं जागेपर्यंत पोचवणे पूर्वी च्या जमान्यात एकवेळ ३-४ विटांची थप्पी असे करून मजूर एक रांगेत उभे राहून कारखान्यातून ट्रक मग ट्रक मधून परत तेच तसे उतरवणे आत पॅलेट/ कॉन्टेनर शिपिंग + कंटेनर स्वतःचा उचलून घेणार स्वताची क्रेन असणारे ट्रक अशी जोडणी आता हे सगळे शोध हे आयुष्य सोपे होण्यासाठी केले ते शोधायला वेळ आणि पैसे आणि इच्छा लागते.. उगाच "यांत्रिकी करणं नको " म्हणून ओरडत बसायचे अहो मग उद्या काळ मागे फिरवून शीतकपाटाचा शोध हि काढून टाका .. मग महत्वाची औषधे काय माठात ठेवणार! उतपादन क्षेत्रात यांत्रिकरणाने इतक्या काही गोष्टी सुखात केलाय आहेत तुम्ही त्या क्षेत्रात कोणाला जरा विचार.. हा "विरोधी चक्षमा " जरा बाजूला करून

मोठा भुकंप येण्याच्या आधी काही अशी काही कंपने होतात म्हणे ! कोव्हिड ने जागतिक अर्थव्यवस्थेचे ३-१३ वाजवले असले तरी मार्केट लईच जोराने वर जाताना दिसते... असेच काहीसे व्हेनाज्युएलाच्या मार्केटचे झाले होते... ते कितीतरी पट वाढले होते आणि नंतर जे झाले ते जगजाहिर आहे. सध्या मुख्यत्वे चर्चीला जाणारा मुद्दा हा चीप शॉर्टेजचा असुन याचे वेगवेगळ्या क्षेत्राला फटके बसले असुन आता पुढच्या काळात हा शॉर्टेज काय अधिक परिणाम दाखवेल यावर विशेष लक्ष ध्यावे लागेल.

काही गोष्टी इंग्रजीत लिहिणं सोपं जात म्ह्णून लिहितोय ... Two important news items last week (related to economy) which you might have missed. Media will never stress on them first, April GST collection is all time high. second, SBI, the largest Indian back & India's clearing house has registered sharp rise in profits in Q4 last year & for Q1 this year, the provision for NPA (non performing assets) is significantly lower as compared to last many quarters. So clearly, economic activities are growing (highest GST collection) & debt recovery is better along with better fiscal discipline These are very positive signs. Pandemic is not over by any means. it will be over only when we achieve atleast 50 % of vaccinations that's is approx. 65 Crore (today we are at 20 Crore) . So we may need to wait for end of this year for that. Currently Sensex is riding high on FII. there will be some market correction waiting in the wings.. but Economy is reviving ... overall market will move on positive side if you have invested in good stocks / other instruments, stay invested. Good times are ahead. If you have not started investments, start now. next 3 years are growth year

What the whistle-blower wrote, using a pseudonym Ken Fong, was highly technical but explosive. It described in great detail a sophisticated market manipulation operation, at NSE’s Colo facility, that had gone on for over three years between 2011 and 2014 ‘with collaboration of NSE data centre staff’. “The NSE’s management team have chosen to hush up the matter,” he alleged. Fong claimed that he worked in the technology team of a Singapore-based hedge fund, with a large exposure to Indian stock markets. Its operations employed complex algorithms or algos(1), which are the heart of superfast automated trading. How did this happen? Well, NSE started Colo in a big hurry in 2010. As we have explained in Chapter 11, it had no regulatory approval to do so. In its hurry to grab revenues, NSE put together a patchwork solution with many holes. It was a system readymade for misuse, and some brokers quickly realised this with the help of NSE’s favoured advisers. “NSE’s management of HFT servers in the initial years until 2013 (which are the subject of the whistle-blower’s letter) may need a detailed review by SEBI or an investigation agency,” said Sucheta’s government source, off-the-record. In fact, RBI’s Financial Stability Report, released in June 2015, also identified algo trading as an area of concern with a detailed discussion. Clearly hidden from the public were NSE’s deep links with bureaucrats in New Delhi. NSE was confident that its attempt to steamroller us with a defamation case would be fully backed up by North Block, while SEBI maintained its usual silence. समाजातील विविध घटकांची क्रय शक्ती कमी झालेली आहे.लोकांकडे पैसे नाहीत .त्या मुळे lockdown संपले तरी लोक विविध वस्तू विकत घेतील असे वाटत नाही. आता लोकांची प्रवृत्ती खर्च कमी करून पुढील काही वर्ष आयुष्य सुरक्षित करण्याकडे आहे ह्याचा अर्थव्यवस्था,gdp कशी असेल ह्याच्या शी काही तरी संबंध असेल ना? की फक्त कृत्रिम पने फुगलेला share बाजार हाच देशाच्या अर्थ व्यवस्थेचे चित्र दाखवतो.

आज सकाळी ज्या बातमी बद्धल अपडेट द्यायचा होता, त्याचे विस्मरण झाले ! पण आता परत आठवल्याने ती माहिती इथे देत आहे. भाग ७ मध्येच [ 14 Aug 2019 - 11:23 pm ] मी लिहले होते :- जाता जाता :- आजचा २४ कॅरेट १० ग्रॅम सोन्याचा मुंबई मधील भाव :- ३८,७६० आजच्या घडीला २४ कॅरेट १० ग्रॅम सोन्याचा मुंबई मधील सोन्याचा भाव :- 47,710 हे आत्ता सांगण्याचे कारण म्हणजे याच भागात मी Basel III च्या बातम्या दिल्या होत्या. त्या बातम्या देण्याचे मागे त्याचा संबंध सोन्याशी आहे. तिथे जे ठळकपणे लिहले होते तेच आता परत इथे लिहित आहे :- Gold will become a Tier 1 asset valued at 100% for banks. ह्या व्हिडीओ मध्ये जो analysis दिलाय तो मला आवडला / पटला त्यामुळे या धाग्यावर प्रतिसाद म्हणून दिला होता मी तो पाहण्याचा प्रयत्न केला पण माझ्या अ‍ॅन्टीव्हायरसने त्या वेबपेज चे सर्टिफिकेट अयोग्य असल्याचे सांगुन मला धोक्याचा इशारा दिला. तुम्ही जे खाली दिले ते देखील वाचले पण ते मोतीलाल ओसवाल या ब्रोकरेज फर्म कडुन असल्याचे वाटल्याने [ त्यांची विश्वासार्हता मला सेबीच्या कारवाई नंतर वाटत नाही. ] त्यांच्या मत विचारात घेउ नये असे वाटले. त्यात तुम्हाला राग येण्यासारखे काय आहे ते कळले नाही मला अजिबात राग आलेला नाही, मग अधिक बोलूच असे तुम्ही म्हणालात, म्हणुन मी तुम्हाला धाग्यात माहितीची भर घालायची असेल तर ती जरुर घालावी असे देखील म्हंटले आहे. या धाग्याचा मूळ उद्देश बातम्या संग्रहित करणे आहे, हे अनेक वेळा सांगुन देखील काही जण उगा चर्चा करण्याचे भासवुन फक्त वाद घालत बसतात, ते मला टाळायचे असल्याने मी परत धाग्याचा मुख्य हेतु अनेक वेळा सागुंन झालेला आहे असे लिहले. कोणी माझ्या धाग्यावर प्रतिसाद द्यावा म्हणुन मी धागे काढत नाही, तसेच प्रतिसाद देताना [ कोणत्याही धागा ] धागा कोणत्या आयडीने लिहला ते पाहुन प्रतिसाद देत नाही. मला जे वाटते तेच मी लिहतो आणि जेव्हा लिहावे वाटते तेव्हाच लिहतो. जर मी तुमच्यावर रागावलो असतो धाग्यात माहितीची भर घालावीत असे म्हंटले नसते. आताही तेच म्हणतो, तुम्ही या विषया संबंधी कोणत्याही माहितीची भर केव्हाही घालु शकता. आता मला वेळ मिळतो आहे तसा हा धागा अपडेट करत असतो, मधे बराच काळ मला मिपावर येणे शक्य झाले नव्हते तेव्हा हे जमले नव्हते.
